Fun with Flamingoes!

Red

A few years ago I created a leaf image and created a pattern from it for a print. You can see the image here. The colours represent Spring and I was eventually to add 3 more similar images representing the seasons... I have finally completed Red (Autumn). Pattern to follow

I'm back! (... and Happy New Year to you all!)

This year Jack and Jill Foundation wanted us to do our thing on a 3ft Hare! Here is mine: Gary Glas! Watch this space for more details. More info on the website
I used an Acrylic Photo Transfer process to apply the image.

2015! How did that happen?

Happy New Year everyone! I have been a very bad blogger. This year I will endeavour to post something once a month - be it something of mine, something of someone else or something interesting.

I have a few nice personal projects up my sleeve which I will also post.

In the meantime, a creative, successful, healthy and happy 2015 to you all!

Here is my first something interesting.

Thanks to Jennifer Farley for putting this post on Facebook.

Canahrinos by Gringos Exhibition by The Blind Elephant Collective

Each of the Blind Elephant Collectives were allocated a Host city in the World Cup in Brazil to illustrate. I was given Brasilia...

I forgot to add this little fella to the illustration so I think it is only right to include in the blog...
The exhibition opening was a great success. Fantastic work by everyone!
